Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.), MS flats and MS solid bars etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes of horizontals (60mm X 40mm) RHS at the top and 25mm X 5mm MS flat running at the centre and vertically 16mm dia MS round bar will be inserted at the interval as exists in the existing railing at all the areas , including cost of materials,labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Make: SAIL, JSW, TATA steel, VIZAG), (Welding rods: Ador) (Refer detailed drawings for clarity). The rate quoted shall include the cost of material, labour,transportation, all lead and lifts , necessary staging ,scaffolding etc complete including all incidentials.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing expansion hold fasteners on C.C. /R.C.C./Brick masonry surface backing including drilling necessary holes and the cost of bolt etc complete.
