Finally Anutone Skelet CT15W06 with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600x1200mm module. Anutone Strand Nubby panels of size 595x1195x15 / 595x595x 15mm thk shall be placed into the grid size of 600x1200mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. | 6 | Supply and Installation of 100mm Drywall Partition with single layer of Anutone Tufbloc, square edge, Magnesia cement core panels of size 1200x2400x12mm, volume density 1000kgs/m3, weight 12kg/m2,installed by using Anutone Studd framework. The Anutone Studd framework system includes Anutone Studd FC72 Floor/Head channel, sectional thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, equal flanges of 32mm and web of 72mm fixed to the floor and soffit ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300mm staggered centers. Anutone Silica noise and fire rated silicon sealant to be caulked along the perimeter of the lining frame before fixing the Anutone Studd channels. Then Anutone Studd SC70 Channel, sectional thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, unequal flanges of 34/36mm and web of 70mm should be placed into the floor/head channel positioned vertically at 600mm centers. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors, windows, etc). Anutone studd RC1 are then fastened horizontally to Anutone Studd SC70 @ 600mm centres on both the sides. Anutone SynthPF, thickness 50mm, width 600mm, is held in position with wiremesh (WireMesh not by Anutone). |
| 7 | Anutone Tufbloc 1200X2400X12mm is fastened onto the Anutone Studd RC1 behind in staggered manner using self drilling (drill tip) fasteners at 300mm centers. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Repeat the process similarly on the other side of the framework. 4mmgap between Tufbloc boards to be filled in full depth by using Anutone Seam kit as per givenrecommendations and guidelines. Installed partition system is then buffed, smoothed, cleaned, primered and roller paint finished with approved colour as per choice of architect.
