Operation and Routine Maintenance Charges for carrying out round the clock shift operation and routine shift maintenance in Bottom Ash Hopper, Scrapper feeders, Clinker Grinders, Mixing apparatus of Economizer hoppers and air preheater hoppers and clearing of choke in Scrapper Feeders, Clinker Grinders, Mixing apparatus of Economizer hoppers and air preheater hoppers and also in trenches from bottom ash hopper to ash handling pump house sump for Unit-III & IV. (1 operation includes 3 shifts/Day/ Unit) |
| 2 | B. Breakdown maintenance:Charges for dragging out the defective scrapper feeder and putting back the stand by feeder in to service. |
| 3 | Charges for dismantling of Scrapper feeder submerged wheel door frames, cleaning and inspection of bearings, shafts, oil seals if necessary for replacement of bearings old/new and reassembling after packing with gasket. |
| 4 | Charges for replacing of Resilient plate, multi disc and complete alignment checking adjusting and correcting in between scrapper feeder motor & gear box. |
| 5 | Charges for Cutting, removal and renewal of complete set of worn out / eroded ‘U’ Clamps, ‘L’ bracket, Scrapper Chains and Scrapper Bars in scrapper feeder Reassembling of Scrapper bars ‘ L’ bracket, Scrapper Chains and ‘U’ Clamps, Self locking plate. |
| 6 | Charges for relocating the dislocated scrapper feeder chain in main drive wheel, take up wheel by loosening scraper bar from main drive wheel chain tension assembly, tension wheels & return side idler wheels, adjusting the chain tension and scrapper feeder puting into service. |
| 7 | Charges for renewal of wornout bearings/ main drive shaft` in scrapper feeder by dismantling gear box, gear coupling dissection of scrapper bar chain shackle removing main drive shaft from plumber block renewing the bearings and reassembling. |
| 8 | Charges for dismantling of scrapper feeder, return idler wheel/ take up idler wheel new /old and removal of inspection of bearings, shafts, oil seals if necessary replacement of bearings old / new and reassembling. |
| 9 | Charges for removing clinker grinder gear box top covers, cleaning the gear teeth, internals oil seals, renewal of bearings and drive pinion shaft and refilling oil . |
| 10 | Charges for dragging out the defective clinker grinder and putting back the standby clinker grinder in to service. |
| 11 | Charges for dismantling of clinker grinder bearing housing replacing the old/new bearings in driven and driver rollers and reassembling the same. |
| 12 | Charges for replacing of Resilient plate, multi disc and alignment of clinker grinder motor and gear box. |
| 13 | Charges for dismantling of clinker grinder which this work involves removal of driven sprocket, gear wheels, bearing housing cover, bearing housing gland assembly, bearing housing base plate, clinker grinder drive and driven shaft with rollers, Apron plate and guide plates and seal water line in CG’s. |
| 14 | Charges for replacement of wornout S.S liner plates, Scrapper bar guide plates etc.,by removing scrapper bar, “U” links from scrapper feeder and reassembling after replacement of SS liner plate, scrapper bar guide plates. (Required quantity of SS plates will be supplied by TNPGCL) |
| 15 | Charges for replacement of wornout M.S door plates, Bottom structure portion, supporting channels, slope plates, chute, M.S guide plates etc. (Required quantity of M.S plates, channels will be supplied by TNPGCL) |
| 16 | Charges for assembling the clinker grinder which involves inspection of S.S. sleeve, apron plate and guide plate for wear and tear and replacement if necessary, assembling of drive / driven roller with shaft assembly, fixing of bearing housing base plate assembly, inspection of pressure ring and lantern ring for wear and tear and replacement if necessary, packing of graphite rope and fixing of gland by gland packing nut and tightening by sleeve lock nut, inspection of oil seal (inner) and bearings for wear and tear and replacement if necessary, fixing of bearing housing and tightening of lock nut, inspection of oil seal (outer) for wear and tear and replacement if necessary, fixing of bearing cover, assembling of driven sprocket and tightening by lock nut, assembling of gear wheels and tightening by nut, assembling of seal water line including consumables like diesel, cotton waste G.I. pipes and fittings for seal water line, etc. (Note: The required oil seals and gland rope supplied by contractor scope). |
