Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :-New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/10 sqm) as direction of the Engineer-in-charge. as per DSR No. 13.46.1

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with onesteps CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (SI No.18.7.1.2.3)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 15 landing, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cose of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources.) As per DSR No. 5.3

P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level.
