Tender for According to the observation of the map of ADR building, the total area is (130x116)=15080 sq ft. The built up area is approximately 6620 sq ft. The above building has a total of 6 floors including the basement, out of which the fourth floor is under construction, hence cleaning of five floors is to be done except the fourth floor, whose total built up area is 33100 sq ft and includes 36 small and big rooms, two VC rooms, two big visitor halls and two small visitor halls, stairs of all floors and 14 toilets, totaling approximately 38000 sq ft area, which is to be cleaned daily. Two personnel will have to be made available always during office hours.
