Tender For Repair/Overhauling And Maintenance Of Complete System Of Eot Crane At Dumper Workshop (New Workshop) At Khadia Project.
Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc.1. Cleaning of power rail path.2. Cleaning of Gearboxes for both Main and Auxiliary cranes.3. Cleaning of Brake Assemblies of Main and Auxiliary cranes.4. Changing of Gear oil of Both Main and Auxiliary cranes.5. Tightening and alignment of Rail Line Bolts and Nuts.6. Repairing and overhauling Brake assembly of both Main & Auxiliary hoist systems.7. Overhauling Gearbox of both Main & Auxiliary hoist systems.8. Dismantling, greasing and fitment of couplings of gearbox assembly.9. Dismantling, greasing and fitment of brake spares of Brake assembly.10. Calibration and testing of crane for safe and proper operation of EOT cranes.Note: Maximum requirement of manpower will be 1. Skilled Fitter for 18 nos. manshifts, 2. Skilled Welder for 08 nos. manshifts 3. Skilled Electrician for 05 nos. manshifts 4. Skilled Grinder man for 08 nos. manshifts, 5. Semi-Skilled Fitter for 08 nos. manshifts and 6. Un-killed manpower for 13 nos. manshifts.
