| 4 | Dismantling of cast iron GI/MS pipes, of size not exceeding 100mm dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required andremoving materials and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Supply and laying 3 layer PP-R pipes SDR 7.4 UV stabilized and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings of all size as per ground requirement laid in trenches/open/wall complete including taking out old unserviceable pipes all as specified and directed.for the following size of pipes :- Note: (i) Union shall be provided at every 100mtr length of pipe.(ii) Union shall be provided at elbow joints, all kind of Tees & before Gate valves to the water tank.(iii) Pipes fixed on wall shall be clamped by using GI clamps with suitable saddles.(iv) PP-R fittings shall be of all size and type varying from 16mm to 110mm including elbow, reducer elbow, male/female brass threaded elbow, Tee, Reducer Tee, Brass threaded reducer Tee, ma/female ended bends, sockets, end plugs etc, flanges etc. Brass threaded male and female fittings shall be used in all connection where GI pipeline is existing. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for the PP-R fittings.(v) PPR pipes of white colour or other than green colour shall be incorporated at site for easy identification of general purpose water and drink water supply at this station. |

| 15 | Supply and replace DI/GI specials from 80mm to 250mm bore such as bends(any type, radius and angle)tapers any type, Tee equal/unequal with flanged and socket or in any combination in any length as per site requirement, tail piece straight,bend,increasing,decreasing or double socket etc.) tee pieces single branch. \"Y\" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets and spigot) collars, caps and plugs including ring washer gaskets all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cutting main pipeline before inserting DI/GI fittings for making branch connections also deemed to be included in quoted rate. |
| 16 | M & L for cutting the hard standing/stone floor (hard/dense soil) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 17 | M&L for making good of road/PCC hard standing by using cement concrete PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in filling foundations and mass concrete including plastering and finishing & necessary form work foundation of post complete all as specified and as directed . |
| 18 | Replacing MS nuts, bolts , washer & MS flat, machine cut, hexagonal 5cm to 10cm long, dia meter of neck 16 to 20mm or existing size as per site requirement and complete. |
