| 2 | Cont/-Note :- (i) (a) The cost of spares parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch’(b) Accounting unit at column 5 of item no. 1 will not be measure more than 1 in one day. (c) Penalty / for Rs. 2400/ day shall be made for delay in response in more than 24 hour by providing the SCADA Engineer and helper.(d) Visiting Engineer and helper shall obtain completion for each job from Engr-in-charge after completion of job and same will be produced by the contractor during measurement and payment of RAR.(e) Contractor shall provided one Engineer and one helper invariably once in every 15 day (Schenider certified).(f) Uninterrupted internet supply for communication, sms, utility including recharge of BSNL telephone for 11 month period.Cont/- |
| 3 | Cont/-Notes :-(ii)(a) All components/spare parts replaced covered under \"SPARES\" shall be of the same make as specified in particular Specifications and model/cat as per the existing and shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant items of this BOQ and fixing charges shall be deemed to be included in this item. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. The additional parts required for smooth and efficient operation/replacement etc for system other than the spares in the BOQ shall be replaced with new ones without any extra cost.(b) Servicing of Motorised valve, PLC based control Panels, communication Panels, Mimic Panels shall be carried out by authorised representative of OEM. The technician shall submit a letter from the manufacturer as proof of his being a authorised representative of the manufacturer. The technician shall also submit a signed report on original letter head of the manufacturer that servicing has been carried out by him.Cont/- |
| 4 | Cont/-(c) Any changes to proframmable Login Controller (PLC). e.g Changes in ladder logic of programme, changes in operational timing etc shall be carried out by authorised representative of OEM. The programmer shall submit a letter from the manufacturer as proof of his being an authorized representative of the manufacturer. The Programmer shall also submit a signed report on original letterhead of the manufacturer that servicing has been carried out by him.(d) Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g Changes in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys etc shall be carried out by authorized representative of OEM. The technician shall submit a representative of the manufacturer.Cont/- |
| 5 | Cont/-All the notes given above shall also be read in conjunction with the following:(a) The repair and maintenance of SCADA system should be done through OEM of through the authorised service provider of the OEM.(b) Before acceptance of tender, the successful bidder has to submit a Memorandum of understanding(MoU) from OEM with an undertaking stating that execution of all SCADA related items of work shall be carried out under technical support and guidance of OEM. |
