| 11 | Supply and fixing Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled & countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete & screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 (Water proofing compund paid separtately) finished even and fair surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. |

| 14 | M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of walls and applyingtwo coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over one coat ofJK/cement base puttycomplete all asspecifiedand directed. |
