CONSULTANCY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF HELIPAD GROUND FOR EVACUATION OF EMERGENCY PATIENTS OF MILITARY HOSPITAL KHADKI UNDER GEM H AND RH KHADKI1. Consultancy charges for preparation of detailed estimate including SSR items & Non SSR items, tender documents, yard stick, Plinth area rates, abstract & market rates analysis of each item, of all Sch ‘A’ including BOQ & taking of quantities and abstract priced on MES SSR Part-ii (2020) and submission of detailed market analysis of eachitem of all schedule. Scope of work- Resuscitation Room= 31.50sqm2. Design- Design of subgrade Soil & Analysis of Helipad of size (25x25)m for soil stabilization and its layers with design drawing including testing to be offer stabilization as per relevant IS Code. Scope of work- Helipad size= (25x25)m3. Architectural Services- Architectural drawing (Elevation, Section and Schedule of finishes). The drawing will cover details working drawings to minutest details (including sanitary fittings) with reference to technical, Architectural and functional requirements in soft & hard copy. Space/Area analysis in tabular graphical formats. Vetting of design from NIT/Govt Engg college and submission of all drawings as per latest Indian standard codes & practice in one set of tracing shall also inclusive of the services. Scope of work- Resuscitation Room= 31.50Sqm4. Structural Services- Structural design and drawing for all buildings duly incorporated with all the details, final submission of all the approved structural drawings with supported by relevant design data (STAAD File) in all size in hard & soft copy of all buildings in desired configuration vetting of design from NIT/Govt Engg college and submission of all services drawings as per latest Indian standard codes & practice in one set of tracing shall also inclusive of the services. Scope of work- Resuscitation Room= 31.50 Sqm.5. Structural services- Structural design and estimation for helipad.
