Dowel bar of length 500mm for expansion joints (one half of the rod painted with bitumen and greased to avoid bonding with concrete) including providing necessary PVC sleeve & cap, cotton waste @ 300mm c/c etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |

| 8 | Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in abatching and mixing plant as per approved mix design (M40), transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of admixtures as approved,finishing to lines and grades etc., complete as per clause 602 of MoRT&H specification and as directed by the departmental officers. |

| 10 | Supplying and laying bitumen sealing compound of grade \"A\" conforming to IS 1834 - 1984 (or its latest edition) for Longitudinal joints and Contraction joints to a width of 10mm and 65mm deep for filling and including painting the edges of the joint with an approved primer all as specified and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fuel, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |

| 15 | Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg. per Sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms including cost of bitumen emulsion, labour, T&P etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 16 | Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) to the required thickness with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 17 | Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 for centre line and edge line. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, incidental charges, marking for applying paint, brushes, equipments etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.803 and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 18 | Providing and fixing Reflective Road Studs of \"Category - A\" Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methecrylate / ABS mouled body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D 4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORT&H circular No RW / NH 33023 / 10 / 97 - DO.III, dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq.cm. on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of dia not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less 30 +/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacture\"s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg. tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) Clause 804 etc., complete. The cost inclusive of studs and other tools and plants fixing materials drilling holes etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 19 | Supplying and installing of Delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers and object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level painted at alternatively black and white in 15cm wide strips, fitted with 80x100mm rectangular or 75mm dia. circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.806 and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 20 | Providing and Fixing of Flexible Median Markers as per IRC 79-2019 shall be provided with fluorescent yellow colour retro reflective sheeting Type XI as per IRC: 67 2012 Flexible Median Marker shall be of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic body with property of flexibility to provide high durability and U shape structure having rebound / bounce back property. The body of FMM shall bounce back to its original position after 750 numbers of hits using pendulum of 1.8 Kg conforming to ASTM D 256. Height: The marker height shall be a minimum of 180 mm Width: The marker width shall be a minimum 120 mm Body Thickness: minimum of 6.5 mm Shank Length: Each of the shanks shall not be less than 20 mm and depth shall not be less than 30 mm. Reflective Area: Shall not be less than 90 Cm Square. The sheeting shall be of Type XI as per IRC: 67 2012 and it should be on both the faces which provides maximum reflectivity at longer distance and is quite durable. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. Post installation the contractor shall obtain and submit a warranty Certificate from the product manufacturer in original for 2 years for the field performance of the product. Flexible Median Marker shall be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting / Drilling on concrete medians or properly constructed solid medians.The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 21 | Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface including all labour, tools, equipments etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 22 | Supplying and laying impregnated bitumen pad of 20 mm thickness and 275 mm depth (approximately) for expansion joints to the required length as specified in the drawing and as directed including making necessary holes in the pad and fixing the same in to the dowel bars all labour, materials, transportation, tools, equipment etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Note: 1.The rate shall include making necessary holes in the pad for fixing the same in to the dowel bars. 2.The joint filler shall comply with IS 1838 - 1983 or its latest edition. |
| 23 | Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, three Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers. |
| 24 | Supplying the structural steel, MS Flats, Square Rods, Angles, Channels etc., for vertical members / bracing /stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer). |
