Deployment of 41(Forty One) Nos. of Environment Assistant for cleaning & sweeping of roads, paths, berms, foothpaths and parking area etc. i/c removing vegetation and grass/bushes from roads, berms, foothpaths and parking area etc and cleaning of SW drains and cleaning of JSKs as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (One job means 8 hrs. duty)

Note:- The agency has to engaged minimum Total 2452 nos. Environmental Assistant (un-skilled) for a period of 60 Days.

Special Condition:-1. In any day of time it is found that the work is not carried out as per entire satisfaction of engineer of charge penalty shall be imposed of Rs. 5,000/- per day and recovered from the Running Bill of the agency.The decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be binding and final.2. Due to unhygienic condition at site if any challan is levied upon by the civil agency or any govt. department the same will be borne by the agency. The agency will be responsible for all action i/c legal action and nothing shall be paid to the agency in such case.3. The rate quoted by bidder shall not be less than the sum of minimum wages (1) as notified By Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment at the time of submission of tender, One percent water charges (2) on (1) and applicable GST on both (1) & (2). In case, quoted rates of bidder found less than the sum as mentioned above, the financial bid of the bidder will be rejected out rightly.4. The agency has to engaged minimum Total 2452 nos. Environmental Assistant (un-skilled) for a period of 60 Days.5. The quoted rate by the all bidders will be considered up to two decimal points.6. A penalty of Rs. 1500/- per person per day shall imposed if any of the environment assistant found absent and the work is got done bythe Department on his behalf.
