| 6 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) |

| 8 | Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete ,including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). |
| 9 | Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood. |
| 10 | Providing and fixing factory made 18 mm thick single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain white colour board Jali, CNC (Computer numeric control) routed of approved design by Engineer-in -charge which are machine cut for duct/shaft covering, partitions and facades comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium corbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) minimum compressive strength50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread offlame of Class Acategory with properties of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing on Wooden frame. |
