Supply of skilled and qualified fitters for the maintenance Jobs in NP plant.Work involves: Service of ITI qualified and skilled fitters shall be provided to do the following maintenance / repair jobs at N P Plant and Off site area, as per the instruction of Officer In - Charge.Assistance for attending break down / general maintenance works like replacement / repair / assembling of pumps, gearboxes, valves, Ammonia / air compressors, crushers, slat /product conveyors etc. Replacement of bolts in RC / SF conveyors, girth gears and replacement of belts in crushers, agitators, pumps etc. Assistance for alignment work ofall equipments andreplacement of couplings / bolts of pumps, agitators, elevators, fans, slat / product conveyors etc. with required tools.

Supply of skilled Riggers for the maintenance Jobs in NP plant.Work involves: Service of skilled riggers with industrial rigging experience of atleast 12 years shall be provided to do the maintenance / repair / overhauling jobs at NP Plant, as per the instruction of Officer In - Charge. Assistance for attending break down / general maintenance/preventive maintenance works like replacement / repair / assembling of pumps, gearboxes, valves, Ammonia / air compressors, crushers, slat /product conveyors etc. Replacement of bolts in RC / SF conveyors, girth gears and replacement of belts in crushers, agitators, pumps etc. Assistance for alignment work ofall equipments andreplacement of couplings / bolts of pumps, agitators, elevators, fans, slat / product conveyors etc. with required tools.
