Providing and laying 60 mm thick colored factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M 30 grade of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern , after clearing the vegetation, removing the debris if any and levelling the surface. Paver blocks are laid over a 50mm thick bed of 6mm aggregate, placed on a 400 GSM polythene sheet. Joints filled with fine sand & finishing the edges with concrete by providing a suitable gradient transitioning from 11cm to 0cm in downward direction, including cost of all material , labour for levelling the surface and laying the paver tile all complete as per the direction of Engineer – in – charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified pavement floor tiles not less than 300 x 300mm size of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 2.2kg/m2 including grouting the joints with coloured cement to match with the tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour other incidentalsetc complete as per direction of Engineer - in -charge, (Basic rate of tile = ₹470/m2 excluding GST)

Providing and constructing 30x20x15 cm solid concrete block masonry in CM 1:5 around the boundary of the tree stump, using best quality solid concrete blocks including cost & conveyance of all materials, scaffolding, curing, racking joints, watering, labour, delivery, handling, unloading, storing of all materials, wastage, etc complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.(Including cost of the cement)

Plastering the solid block with Cement mortar in ratio 1:4forfloated hard and trowelled smooth including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, curing etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.(including cost of the cement)

Providing & applying one coat of primer and two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over plastered surface of approved shade after cleaning the surface including cost and conveyance of all materials labour, other incidentals (wherever required) etc.complete.

Supplyingat site 6mm hard granite broken stone including cost and conveyance of all materials labour other incidentals etc. complete.
