| 12 | Supply and fixing of thermo-sequential Exhaust fan controller suitable for operation with 230 volts ACsupplyfor controlling the operation of single/double exhaust fans by sensing the room temperatures with the following logics, consisting ofauto/manual switch for by passing the controller in case of faults in the controller itself, 6A, 230 volt relay contacts for switching on and off the exhaust fans, connecting terminals and LED indicators for indicating the ON/OFF status of the Exhaust fans, for Low Temperature (LT), Medium Temperature (MT) and High Temperature (HT) of the room, sensing probe with connecting wire etc.enclosed in a compact powder coated MS boxcomplete as required. (Logics for operation of Exhaust Fans: (1). At room Temperature <26o C - All Exhaust Fansare to be switched OFF with LED indicator\"LT\".(2). When theroom temperature is in between 26o C to 35o C:- Only one Exhaust fan will be worked at a timeand is to be altered after 1 hour of continuous operation with LED indication \"MT\" and (3).When room temperatureincreases beyond 35o C:- Both Exhaust fans willbe worked simultaneously with 10 minutes restfor each one alternativelyafter continous running of one hour. (Note: Where only one Exhaust fan is available,the same is to be operated continuously when room temperature is > 26o C with 10 minutes rest forevery one hour ofcontinous operation.) |
