Part 1 Wireless Water Level Controller Unit: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of a 230V AC–operated Wireless Water Level Controller Unit with a 7-segment LED display to indicate the water level (in percentage) of single or multiple overhead and/or underground tanks (upto 6 tanks). The system shall receive water-level data wirelessly from level transmitters and operate the motor according to the configured settings. It shall also display motorized valve status, low-battery indication, and provide audio/visual alarms for overflow alerts. Full, Low, and Overflow limits for each tank shall be independently configurable. The controller shall provide a Modbus output for integration with BMS systems/GSM gateways/or other compatible devices. It shall include multiple safety features such as error indication, dry-run protection, maximum run-time limitation, minimum valve operation logic, pipeline pressure monitoring, etc. The system shall also support timer-based operational features.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 5V DC operated microcontroller based control module to operate multiple motors/ priming pumps/ motorized valves (Maximum 4 Nos in total) in pre-determined sequence. It will have 230V (10 to 30 amp) potential free relays(as per site requirement) to operate motors as per desired configurations. It will have capability to configure the settings through bluetooth/wifi. It will also have start-stop button to operate the sequential operation. It can also receive command from external controller to operate the sequential operation in pre-determined sequence. Duration of motorized valve & priming pumps should be configurable independently to assist priming of main pumps(as per site requirement). It should also have lock of motor operation which can be access through bluetooth/wifi.

Wireless Water Level Data Transmitter for Overhead tank: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ultra-low power inbuilt battery operated water level data transmitter (IP67/68) with non-conductive maintenance free magnetic float/capacitive type water level sensors to measure water level and flow status and transmit the data wirelessly to controller cum receiver unit. It will have sensor for full level and input for motorized valve status and conductive flow sensor to communicate it wirelessly to controller .

Wireless Water Level Data Transmitter for Underground tank: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ultra-low power inbuilt battery operated water level data transmitter (IP67/68) with non-conductive maintenance free magnetic float water/capacitive type level sensors to measure water level and flow status and transmit the data wirelessly to controller cum receiver unit. It will have sensor for full level and input for motorized valve status and conductive flow sensor to communicate it wirelessly to controller .

Wireless Data Repeater: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 230V AC operated Wireless signal/ Data Repeater for re-transmitting the wireless data signal of transmitters/ other repeaters to further distance to enhance the range. It will have LED Display for indication of incoming signals.It can be configured to receive the signals of particular transmitters ID/ Repeaters. .

Motorized Valve: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Motorized Valve of ON/OFF Type 230V Single Phase operated Electrical Actuator with IP 67/68 rating - weather proof with limit switch and feedback switch for valve status. It consists a connected Butterfly Valve (working pressure 6Kg/cm.sq.) with SS304/ CI Disc and CI Butterfly Valve Body with Wafer type End Connections. It includes cutting of existing pipe line, fixing/ welding flange of suitable material and size and fixing with suitable size nut bolts with gasket and complete electrical connection but it excludes any excavation work, dismantling of CC/ RCC work, any civil work, power supply wiring etc.Size: 65mm dia Nominal bore

Providing and fixing of 220V operated motorized valve controller with five level sensors to operate motorized valve based on the water level in the tank. It will also perform gradual closing of valve for synchronization of filling multiple tanks together for energy efficiency. It will take feedback from motorized valve for ON/ OFF status and give output for status of valve for external devices/ level transmitters.

Comprehensive maintenance ofcomplete wireless automation system (all the above mentionted installation) of water supply which includes repair/replacements of non working & defective component including manpower cost required for keeping the automation system functional. The AMC period shall be started after expiry of 1 year defect liability period.
