Electrical Works: Providing and completing all electrical works for lift installation as per relevant Indian Standards (IS), including power wiring, control wiring, earthing, main power supply connection, lighting and auxiliary circuits, safety devices, and necessary fittings, complete in all respects for safe and proper operation of the lift.(Bidder should visit the site before submission of bids to ascertain all such works that are required to complete the job in full)

Civil Works: Executing all civil works required for lift installation in the existing shaft, including brickwork; RCC lintel with cement plaster for door openings; providing granite finish over the entire front façade of the lift using slab each having area above 1.0 sq. m. (as approved by the EIC); cutting, chipping, necessary dismantling, repairing damaged wall and floor surfaces, and making required openings; dewatering and carrying out complete waterproofing of the lift pit; grouting; painting of the entire lift shaft surface including primer coat and two or more coats of high-quality acrylic/epoxy-based paint; finishing; scaffolding; and providing all necessary supports as per manufacturer’s design and relevant IS codes, complete in all respects.(Bidder should visit the site before submission of bids to ascertain all such works that are required to complete the job in full) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
