| 1 | M & L for carrying out the following scheduled preventive maintenance for EOT crane upto 2 Toncapacity including checking/tightening of all nut, bolt & braks any type any sizecomplete system, adjusting etc of all brake motions and VFD adjustment settingas per load testing run of flame proof/non flame proof/normal type EOT Cranes with having single or double girder type and providing greasing & oiling of travelling/moving parts of crane with connecting motor girderparts for movement of crane hoist/long/cross travelling and including maintaining the controlling of speed/creeping micro speed of motors with minor maintenance/repair electrically operated main control panel wire with connecting control wiring system consisting of main switch, step down transformer, contactor , HRC fuse, VFD, PLR control pendent , wire rope with break drum unit, gear box unit, oil levels, motor bed/foot, electrical control cable, motor terminal end cable carriage trolley, motor shaft bush flange bearingwith lathe work, chain pulley block, ratchet clutch, gear block, chain wheel chain etc and including locating the defect or fault and rectification of the fault and rectification of oil leakage etc any type any size and replacement of defected nut, bolt & washer and making it soundless/sound proof and after trails testing run of crane for smooth functioning/operationsatisfactorily complete for the following capacity as per relevant IS Code.Notes: Quoted rates are deemed to include for:-(i) Periodic inspection /servicing, to be carried out in every Six months and making / keeping the cranes serviceable, for EOT cranes.(ii) Long travel motion and cross travel motion.(a) Regular Checking Gear Box oil level and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any. (Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately as supply only). (b) Break adjustment as and where required. (c) Checking of long travel & cross travel wheel for any noise / malfunctioning. (d) Checking grease of feared couplings complete nut, bolt work for tightening and replacement of grease nipple. (e) Checking of oil in hydraulic thruster break, rectification of leakages if any and filling with required quantity of oil. (Note : Brake Oil shall be measured and paid separately as supply only). |

(j) Checking of bearing of the hook and greasing the same(iv) ELECTRICAL PANEL(a) Checking the contractors for overheating or flashing. (b) General checking of contacts and connections. (c) Cleaning of control panels and checking of connections. (d) checking of connections of VFD drives / other drive, calibrating VFD drive and PLC to get smooth movement & maximum efficiency / other drivesfor smooth function of the same (e) Checking the serviceability of cable including power / control cable , checking the serviceability of the cable carrier/ cable trolleys, adjusting as possible to get maximum free for movement of moving part / Apronsof EOT cranes(v) DOWN SHOP LEAD(a) Checking the alignment and rectification (b) Cleaning of the moving / sliding objects(vi) GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL(a) Checking function ability of motion push buttons, function lock key operated switch, \"ON & OFF\", Lamps (vii) Periodic inspection / servicing shall be carried out by authorized service engineers / agencies, without any disturbance of movement/ operation schedule of bldgs as approval by GE.(viii) Replacement of major materials shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BoQ. |

In case of failure necessary recovery will be made @ Rs 1000 per day (e) contractor should prepare a list of all the defects in all the cranes in one visit and prepare the list of materials required to address the faults.
