Taking down old chawkats orframs with shutter(without taking off shutters from frame) n.exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old chawkats orframs exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each without taking off shutters from frame complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Powder coated Alumnium frame with minimum thickness of 50 micron powder coating for doors ,windows ,ventilators with one or more rebates including pining cleat for fixing etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, sliding windows andventilators including providing and fixing of frame with shutter and making provisionfor fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ three track sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws including anodised aluminium powder coated fittingssuch as handles etc., and filling gap between window and wall with silicon sealentcomplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Alurninium powder coated grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 with rninirnurn anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern with approved standared section and fixed to the existing window frame with CP brass /stainless steel screws @ 200mm c/c, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening complete all as per requirement and as directed.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avg width ofaperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium snap beading complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-Aluminium snap beading shall be measured and paid separately

S&Fsheet glass 4.8 mm thick ordinary quality and each pane exc 0.50 sqm fixed in aluminium framecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms, working table and like in cement mortar 1:4, including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match withshade of granite completeall as specified and as directed.
