Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtrwide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depthfor foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out excavated earth, forming bottomsurfaces to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50 m and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregateas in sub base of floors including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour formachine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 60mm thickness M-35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 25mm thick river sand cushioning, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator and with scratch proof lacquer coating on top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour forproviding cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ asin kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, as directed including use of form work as necessary all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick renderingon brick/concrete surfaces in two layers in CM 1:4, finishing coat of 5mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
