| 2 | Dismantling of existing stripping interconnected butterfly valves with following works:(a) Removal of 914 mm dia butter fly valve along with dismantling joint from the pit by cutting unscrewing nuts, goosing (Concrete filling around pipes) etc. and inserting in the existing pipe line from sump to pit and pit to dock side Cutting a groove of 150mm depth and 150mm width in concrete all around the outer circumference of 914 mm dia pipes in the valve pits, sump & Dock side and removal of debris form the pit and sump.(b) Cutting existing pipe, welding, post welding from both inside and outside, X-ray test to prove the weld joint, coating of rust resistance paint from inside and outside the pipe. |
| 3 | Suppy, lay, weld, fix and test to Duplex SS pipeline of outer dia 914mm X 20mm Thk of 2000 mm long in two sectionand including of connected SS flangesPCD 1068.75mm and 32 no of holes suitable to dismantling joints and Butter fly valve to match with existing connected systemNote:(a) Aligning and installing the new SS pipeline with butter fly valves and dismantling joints. Arresting the leaks from sump, valve pit and dock side by provision of cofferdam using concrete or other leak proof materials as site required and user directed.(b) Providing 1:1.5:3 concrete with projection of 150 mm all around the pipe and ensure that water does not leak(c) The installed pipelines includes extenal flange supporting ribs around the perimeter of the pipeline as directed and site suited(d) The length of the pipe is vary as per underground sump positon located at minus (-) 20 Mtr below sea level and the variation is 0.1mtr to 01 mtr and on site fabricated whole length should be supplied in multiple sections as per on site conditions |
| 4 | Suppy, fixing,testing & commissioning Duplex SSflanges of outer ida 914mm X 30 mm thick, outer dia 1168 mm, PCD 1068.75mm suitable to dismantling joints and Butter fly valve to suite with suppiled pipelines in Ser 1.00 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Supply and applying of Internal surface coating on suppled pipelines and flanges for long term corrosion protection by airless spray/ brush using High performance Vinyl ester Galss flake/ Polyglass VEF @ 1000 microns including surface preparation by abrasive blasting as per SA 2.5 abrasive media: Cu Slag, Compressed air 6kg/ cm2, 350 CFM for blasting and coating, including dry film test (DFT) & Spark Testing/ Holiday Testing |
| 6 | Supply and fixing of EPDM/ Nitrile rubber gaskets of 10 mm thick and Shore hardness of 60 -70 to suite mating surface of flanges all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Supply and fixing of 32mm Dia X 180mm long SS 316 grade studs with 03 in Nos. Hex. nuts for each stud all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Supply and fixing of 32mm Dia SS 316 grade Hexagonal nuts to suit 32mm dia x 180mm supplied studs (03 nuts for each stud - 64 studs x 03 Nuts = 192 Nos) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Dismantling of existing 600mm dia pipelines with the following points:(a) Removal of 600mm dia Sluice valve along with pipe linefrom the SDD pump house south wall by cutting unscrewing nuts, goosing (Concrete filling around pipes) etc. and inserting in the existing pipe line from SDD pump house south wall to stripping main line by Cutting a groove of 150mm depth and 150mm width in concrete all around the outer circumference of 914 mm dia pipes in the South wall of Dock side and removal of debris form the pump house.(b) Cutting existing pipe, welding, post welding from both inside and outside, X-ray test to prove the weld joint, coating of rust resistance paint from inside and outside the pipe. |
| 10 | Suppy, lay, weld, fix and test to Duplex SS pipe line of outer dia 600mm X 12mm Thk of 1500 mm long (length may vary as per existing site) and including of connected SS flanges of 600mm X 15 mm thick, suitable to existing line to match with connected stripping systemNote:(a) Aligning and installing the new SS pipe line and dismantling joints. Arresting the leaks from pipe line using concrete or other leak proof materials. (b) Providing 1: 1.5: 3 concrete with projection of 150 mm all around the pipe and ensure that water does not leak(c) The installed pipelines includes extenal flange supporting ribs around the perimeter of the pipeline as directed and site suited(d) The length of the pipe is vary as per underground sump positon located at minus (-) 20 Mtr below sea level and the variation is 0.1mtr to 01 mtr and the on site fabricated whole length is may be supplied in multiple sections as per on site conditions |
