| 2 | Installation and Commisioningof LED flood light with all accessories,on existing cross arm of inverted poles erected from a 12 m height using single primary bolt of suitable grade (10mm or above size SS nut)and load rating. The primary fixing bolt shall be high tensile , corrosion resistant material ( SS) and shall be provided with lock nut, spring washer, and flat washer to prevent loosening due to vibration. In addition a stainless steel safety chain/ wire rope of adequate strength is to be securely anchored to the inverted pole using clamps or eye bolts so as to support the floodlight in case of failure of primary bolt. Fixing charges also includes welding,ladder/scaffolding arrangements,clamps, angle irons etc for fixing the light etc.as required. |

| 6 | Supplying and laying of 50 mm / 38 mm ISI-marked DWC HDPE pipe, including all necessary accessories such as sockets, bends, couplers, etc., conforming to IS 14930 (Part II). The work shall include cutting, jointing, fitting, and laying of the pipe either in the existing trench or by clamping (through welding if required) to pillars and trough roof structures, complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The DWC HDPE pipe shall be painted with the colour specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Supplying and installing100 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated Hot Dipped GalvanisedIron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, attached to coloumns (MS -I Section) through welding using appropriate no of GI/MS pipes or pieces or by using two numbers GI Suspenders i/c base of suitable size GI angle, GI bolts & nuts,fastner etc as required.The Cable Tray shall be painted with the colour as specified by the Engineer-in-charge. |
