| 1 | Dismantling the existing 12m high mast pole with floodlights and the control panel from the installed position, loading, transporting to the new location and unloading without damage; installation, testing and commissioning at the new location, including providing a new suitable foundation as per the manufactures design,(annexxure 1).Installationincludes the supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates and casting of suitable shallow foundation with reinforcement, 1:2:4 concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq mtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour, as per the drawing.The High Mast shall be erected with the help of suitable equipments and re wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials and labour etc as required.(The cost includes all the required activities like earth work,Dismantling/removing of RCC/PCC/RR or any masonary structure to take out the light pole,dismantling of bolts,nuts etc.centering/supporting arrangements refilling and make god the ground etc as per EIC direction.Reusable materials shall be returned to stores).Site visit recommended. |

The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KV rating i.e . Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. Luminaire and driver shall be separately BIS approved of samemake equivalent to Philips BVP485 150W/ kesslec/Osram.
