Decoration of stage with decorative cloths having frills for ceiling both side walls and back drop wall clothing of size (14.00 x 9.60m) for ceiling (23.60m x 3.00m) for walling with all other required decorative items such as complete lighting, illumination of stage, providing 06 Nos isolated ply framed flex board of size (8\"x4\") along with required scierio, side and back drop banner including providing of P.A. system, focus light, etc. complete on rental basis for 01(One) day for the celebration of water conservation day on 26/02/2026. (The work is to be completed in all respect by the morning of 26/02/2026.

Providing and fixing 06 Nos. isolated ply framed flex board with required scenerio (8\"x4\")

Providing and fixing flex banner of required size at back drop, side wall and welcome board (displaying the contents of water conservation)

Supplying of refreshment / sweets packets to the Guest / VIP person.

Making piped structure for fixing welcome board at Main Gate wherever required.

Collection and laying of required furnitures (500 Nos. plastic chairs, Table, 04 set Soffa Set etc.) from Panchayat, Tehsil Office and other sources and returning the same on next day of programmeincluding necessary transport vehicle and rent of furniture items if required.

Providing the service of tuning lights (hire charges only) including installation, testing and commissioning and dismantling after completion of \"Water Conservation Day\" on 26th February 2026 at Mayabunder Area. Tunning light from Netaji Sports Complex to APWD Guest House, Mayabunder (both side) 750 Nos. (08 mtrs. each)

Providing , installation & commissiong of PA system along with one operational staff on 26th February 2026.
