| 7 | M & L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 using WPC 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement). |
| 8 | Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved brand/make. |
| 9 | M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed. |

| 12 | M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer. |
| 13 | M &L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in floor/pavement complete all as specified. |
| 15 | M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in floors complete all as specified. |
