| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of electrically operated Three numbers Passenger Lift ( NDD-1, SDD-1, SDD Outer-01 No) Elevator of 1000 Kg capacity rack & pinion system, with double motor to operate G + 1, 13 M height for collapsible gate floor installed at Varun Block Inner lift { Make: MEKASTAR}, keeping the lifts and its accessories in perfect working condition including repair/renewal & replacement of all defective / worn out spare parts and supply & fixing minor spares, carrying out periodic checking of all instrument/ accessories/ controls as per schedulecarrying out artificial load testing twice in the contract period at an interval of not more tan six months to ensure smooth / safe and efficient operation of lifts compete all as specified and directed.Note :-The contractor has to carryout the AMC of the lifts through OEM/their accerdited/auth agencies. |
