Repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming including supply of road metal complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for preperation of new bituminous surfaces by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning and cleaned the surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc amd applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen on unsurfaced water bound macadam complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for semi dense asphalticconcrete 40 mm consolidated thickness by using paving bitumen VG-30 grade with 6 % binder content by weight of total mix ,laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.Note- i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper.ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall mix design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 ( Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009, The adjustment in rate on MINUS side variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 60.00 per Kg. No claim whatsoever shall be made for adjustment in plus side.

Material & Labour for preparation of black bituminous road surfaces by removing all loose dirt, dust etcand applying 2.5 mm thickand width not exceeding 10 cmroad marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size100mm x 100mm x 24mm with PAMA striplens reflectorof Model No 972 of Make Dark Eye or technicommercial equivalent make fixed with and includingMS stud of suitable size as per manufacterer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
