| 2 | M&L for Design, Manufacture, supply, testing and commissioning ofelectrically operated, double girder EOT crane as per IS -807 & IS -3177 with span 13.5m (Apx) having 15/2Ton capacity (Main hook of 15Ton Capacity & Auxiliary hook of 2 Ton Capacity) and lifting ht 9.0mtrs from floor level, long travel of length 50m with and including required crane track rail, Speed of main hoist - 3mtr/min, Main Creep Speed - 0.3m/min, Long Creep Speed - 1m/min, Speed of long travel - 10mtr/min, All micro speed will be 1/10 of main speed by all motions, DSL system with PVC sheated copper bus bar for 3 Phase & neutral with earth bus system with locking system & VVF Drive system, push button system, radio remote controlling systems, all safety provisions and audio visual alarm system to all motions, single phase preventer, over load relay, safety siren/over load alarm with and including connection upto DB with suitable cable from panel board to crane and conduit as per site requirement, additional push button system with interlocking wiring with and including all connected accessories like rope drum, steel wire rope, sheaves, pulleys, hydraulic brake, single phase preventer, overload relay, SFU, air brake contactor, main hoist motor, micro hoist motor, long & cross travel motor, lift hook, service platform, walkway with railing, safety latch, load indicator, catwalk along length of crane, ladders, buffers, hooks & clamps on wall etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
