Repair to Blade by way of providing and fitting new cutting edges (set of 04) as per sample having CI EN8 by way of removing the damaged cutting edges by using gas cutter, P/F nut and bolts along with washers, of dia 24mm x 100mm -18 nos. The job includes cost of materials, labour charges and all taxes.

Modification of body of Snow Plough unimog by way of fabrication of tool box of size ( 80’’x15”x20” ) for housing of tools, chain etc on the body of Snow Plough unimog front side by using MS Sheet-03mm-4.0mm.and MS Square pipe (32x32x2.5) mm having top lid of size 80’’x15’’ along with lock system. Providing/Fabrication of compartment of size ( 80’’x55”x15” ) for counter weight storage for reducing slippage during snow clearance operation on body of Snow Plough unimog rear side by using MS Sheet-03mm-4.0mm.and MS Square pipe (32x32x2.5) mm having bottom floor of size 80’’x55’’. Priming of the tool box and structure with red oxide and then painting the same with gray color The job includes cost of cutting, fixing, welding and labour charges, HSD charges for shifting of Snow Plough unimog from Mughal road to poonch workshop and back shifting after repair and all taxes.

Periodic servicing of machine by way of replacement of Oil Filter-01 no Fuel filter -02no primary and secondary, (filter kit to be provided by the department ) M-oil 12.5ltr,(10W40), Coolant 03ltr top up and greasing with 2kg grease The Job includes cost of material, labour charges, servicing at site and all taxes
