Material and Labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix Semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (minimum consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Material for SDAC shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.(b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab.(c) The SDAC shall be laid with mechanical mixer as specified in clause 20A 27 of MES SSR Part-I and the spreading of premix carpet shall be done by machanical sensor paver.

Material and Labour for repair to pot holes ofdepth, exc 30mmnot exc 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm (VG-30), putting in premixed bituminous macadamwell rammed and sealed with binder@ 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed to true surface (including supply of premix macadam binder and chipping to uniform surface) complete, all as specified and directed.Note : Material for premixed bituminous macadamshall be mixed in hot mixing plant.

Material and Labour for preparaton of bituminous surfaces of roads and marking 2.5 mm thick centre line, stop lines dashes, arrows etc and the like n exc 10cm wide on roads pavements, with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacture\"s instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applyingevenly a priming/tack coat over scarified surface of road primer using paving bitumenVG 10 at @10 kg/10 sqm and premix bituminous macadam laid with 4 % binder content VG 30 by weight of total mix rolled with8 to 10 Tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete, all as specified and directed.
