Applicator shall be authorized in writing by company and guarantee/responsibility of work executed shall be owned by company in writing.This does not absolve the responsibility of main contractor from any leakage, defects etc of underground sump on completion of the work. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material,labour, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto 4 mtr height. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belts. ropes. helmets, netting etc. which are required for safety of working as specified at height etc., which are required for safety of working at height 4 mtr shall be mandatary and deemed to be included in quoted rates. |
| 2 | Taking down cement plaster of any description on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. for height upto 4 metres from average ground level and removal of entire debris to a distance exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr, as ordered complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Cleaning and Surface Prepared by washing it with water so that all surfaces should be sound, clean and free of contaminants. |

| 9 | Supply and Fixing stainless steel (Grade-304) ladder, railing and the like including designer balusters, railing pipes, foot/ thread, etc in size, shape and design as directed, made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, balls, etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the ladder, railing, etc with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge including fixing ladder for height upto 4 metres from average ground level. (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc). complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Material and Labour for applying concrete penetrating, migratory bipolar corrosion inhibitor EPCO KP-100 Krishna Conchem (or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Fosroc / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian) conforming to ASTMG-109 by brush/spray with dosage of 4 sqm/litre over the entire chipped off/ exposed concrete area in order to arrest further corrosion of reinforcement bars. The application of EPCO KP-100 shall reduce the corrosion in terms of coulombs by 30% minimum upto migration through the embedded side of concrete as measured by mA all as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and all as per manufacturer’s instructions, for height upto 4 metre from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Material and Labour for Teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector, drilling holes of 12mm dia, upto 100mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 500mm c/c for slab, 300mm c/c for column and beam in staggered manner or along the crack as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in RCC structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 8mm to 10mm dia Teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing and allow to cure the system minimum 8 hours before grouting including removing nozzle projections, excess putty if any over concrete element grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc, for height upto 4 metre from average ground level, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Material and Labour for grouting of RCC structure with low viscous two parts of epoxy (mixed in ratio as specified by manufacturer) by using pressure pump and pressure grouting with compressor at about 1 Kg to RCC beams/ chajjas/ slab/ columns as per manufacturer’s instructions and direction and cutting the Teflon nozzles after grouting and making surface good for height upto 4 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | 13 | Material and Labour for grouting for Active leakage arrest treatment to the existing semi-undergroundwater tank by pressure injection of approved polyurethane (PU) foam and resin through suitable packers, as per manufacturer’s recommendations and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. This shall be followed by application of two coats of two-component polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing coating and plaster (as item 16 &17 will be measure and paid extra) over the entire retaining walls and PCC base slab, including surface preparation, to ensure complete watertightness of the tank complete all as specified and directed.Make:- Pidilite/ FOSROC/ STP/ SIKA or equivalent. |
