The panel shall be made with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and inner shell made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCAsheet,double door with front openable with locking arrangement, provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom, inner shell be compartmentalized, front openable single door system lockable. Inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming/outgoing MCCBs, MCBs, and TPN aluminium bus and extension links. Aluminium bus bar of capacity 600 Amps- 4Nos,including neutral duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size/rating of epoxy resininsulator all housed in suitable bus bar chamber.All control wires shall be as per the OEM recommendations and shall be properly bunched,tied, ferrulled for proper indentification and crimped with adequate size of lugs andprovision and fixing of Voltmeter,Ammeter with built in selector switch, CTs of suitable ratio, and pilot indication lamps completealong with provision of necessary cable entry/exit boxes for all incoming and out going cables with suitable size of cable glands etc. Computer cut shelf adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided complete all as specified and directed.
