| 17 | Material and labour for servicing of Window / Split AC of capacity 1.5/ 2.0 TR by disconecting electric connection, opening the unit, dismantling the cover of Condensor and cooling coil, thoroughly cleaning the external surface (both side) of condensor coil, cooling coil and all other key component, fins, base by discaling chemicals, water etc with the help of air blower and wire brushing, cleaning of Air filter, fan blades, drain pipes, testing leakage and reassemble all the components filter, plate, runner, fan blade etc in original position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 18 | Taking down/up defective Window AC of 1.5 TR capacity, transportation from MES Store Yard/Site to workshop and back including re-fixing /re-installing after replacement of defective/burnt rotary type compressor sealed unit / flushing of condenser / replacement of condensor or cooling coil and charging with required quantity of appropriate refrigerant gas, re-connection of electric connections andtesting complete in all respect, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
