| 1 | M&L for complete servicing/ overhauling of DG set comprising of the following works for the capacity 160 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge :-(a) Dismantling all the parts carefully, segregating unserviceable spare parts.(b) Cleaning all sludge/deposits in the oil sump and removed off from the site.(c) Cleaning and replacing the primary, secondary andbi-pass fuel filters.(d) Cleaning and replacing oil filters and air filters.(e) Replacement of all unserviceable spares like hose pipes, fuel indication tubes, battery terminals, fan belts, injector pipe, o ring, CR bearing, etc as required at site.(f) Refixing of all serviceable spare parts. (g) Topping up of coolant.(h) Draining out unserviceable engine oil from engine, refill with new.(i)Testing on competion of work.Notes:- 1. Engine oil , coolantand all new spare parts will be measured and paid separately. Servicing to be done thorugh OEM mechanic only & test report to be produce on completion of work.2. Items to be fixed in dg set shall be paid under supply only mentioned below. |

| 31 | Cleaning of radiator of DG set of any capacity by gauging using Kerosene oil , radiator cleaning solution, with hydraulic pressure of pump and brush and necessary soldering work as reqd as spcified by Engr- in -Charge. |
| 32 | Taking down water pump assembly from the existing position, opening into parts overhauling the same with replacement of water pump repair kit, ball bearing (1No) (Make SKF/NBC), water pump, gasket seal, oil seal and re-assembling and refixing on the base for the following capacity of DG sets, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge:- |
