| 1 | (a) Third Party Inspection, Testing and Certification of 8 Passenger Lift, including scrutiny of drawings and technical documents, inspection of lift shaft, pit, machine room / MRL, lift car, counterweight, guide rails, machine, controller, doors, safety devices, buffers, overspeed governor, ropes and associated accessories. (b) The inspection to include commissioning tests including no-load test, full load test , safety gear test, brake test, emergency operation, electrical safetychecks. (c) The inspection party should have verification of compliance with relevant IS / EN standards that include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025 and ISO 17020.(d) The report to include submission of detailed inspection report and compliance certificate complete all as specified and as directed.REPORT SHALL BE DEEMED TO INCLUDE(a) Deployment of NABL accredited / ISO 17020 Type-A inspection agency(b) Inspection instruments, tools, gauges and testing equipment(c) All labour, supervision and documentation(d) Preparation and submission of inspection report, test certificates and final compliance certificate(if reqd)(e) Conveyance, lodging, boarding and incidental charges(f) Re-inspection after compliance of defects, if required(g) All works complete as per MES specifications and directions of Engr-in-Charge(h) Inspection Certificate shall be valid as per statutory norms. (j) Contactor shall coordinate with lift manufacturer and MES auth for testing. |
