Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank, PVC Tank and other tanks including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:-(i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall becleaned of silt and other deposits.(ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughlywith wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water.(iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine.(iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all looseparticles shall be removal from the surface.(v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc., Disinfection, including spraying and UV air germicidal radiationas per direction of Engineer-in-Charg (vi) Provision of scaffolding and other necessary equipment All costs inclusive of labor, materials, and profit.The contractor is requested to check the quantity of water storage tanks and all other relevant factors before quoting the rates. After submission of the quote, no extra payment shall be made for cleaning of any tank at any location on the campus. Upon intimation from NABI, the contractor shall commence the work within 15 days. The quoted rates shall remain frozen for a period of 03 years, during which the tanks shall be cleaned a total of 12 times.
