Concrete with 4cm. gauge brick ballast, coarse sand of 2.20 F.M and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(SI.No.273/2022) As per G.O. rate (2985 - 5% = 2835.75)

R.C.C. work with cement approved corsand & 2 cm gauge stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in raft in foundation Excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same waith 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire.
