1	Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position and includingdisposal of rubbish material to any distance out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.
2	Excavation in trenches (Manual), not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations of shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pipe line, cable in trenches etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soft including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed.
3	Returning, filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
4	Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
5	Supply and laying XLPE LT Cable of size 6 Sqmm, 2 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip or wire and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, cutting of road/boring under road and protection pipe as required shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule/BOQ.)
6	Material and labour for Sand cushioning, with dry and clean river fine sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cablecomplete all as specified and as directed.Note:- (i) Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose (ii) Approved sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used.
7	Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable, perpendicular to the direction of cable with width equal to length of brick, and gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm, complete allas specified and as directed.
8	Supply and fixing (concealed flush to wall) factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2mm thick, fitted with DIN channel neutral link and 200 Amp rated bus bar) SPN, 4 Way, 240V AC supply, As per IEC 61439-3, DB shall be semi glosy finished with epoxy polyster based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature between powder paint process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere. The DB shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement, the DBs shall be same make as MCBs, DB shall be provided with level marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on always as specified. The DBs shall be of IP-54 protection class, including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessity complete all as specified and directed.Note :- MCB/ISOLATOR for incoming and outgoing shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.
9	Supply and fixing MCB ‘C’ curve suitable for 240 volts AC supply, 40 Amps, SPN with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA,complete all as specified and as directed.
10	Supply and fixing MCB ‘B’ curve suitable for 240 volts AC supply, 06 to 32 Amps, SP with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA, complete all as specified and as directed.
11	Material and labour for surface sub main wiring (Three run i.e. 1 x phase and 1 x neutral and one run for continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc., using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding) with 4 Sqmm single core, FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal dia as required at site but not less than 20 mm nominal size, with all fittings and all accessories i.e. pipe bend, elbow, pipe hook/PVC clamps etc., for independent circuit from panel/DB to sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.Note :-Three run of copper wire and one run conduit shall be measured as one RM length for payment but extra length of cables required for connection to MCBs/DB shall not be measured and the cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.
12	Supply, installing, commissioning and testing hi wall split Air conditioner inverter type (indoor and outdoor unit complete) having Heating and Cooling Function, complete with cordless remote control, inbuilt air purifier, dehumidifier, air filter and dust filter for better indoor air quality, Led Panel Display, with minimum BEE approved 3 star rating, Rotary Compressor, ISEER value (Indian Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) of 4.5 or above, Electric driven single phase 220 volts, AC, 50HZ, R-410A/R-32 refrigerant of capacity 1.5 Ton, copper condenser coil, Indoor unit noise level should be less than 45 DB, including copper piping of adequate size and required length indoor to outdoor unit duly insulated with suitable insulating material e.g. class \"O\" Nitrile insulation of minimum 12mm thick, including copper cable of suitable size for making electric connections indoor to outdoor unit,including necessary fixing arrangement (indoor unit at suitable place and height inside the room and outdoor unit at suitable place outside the room as directed with powder coated MS bracket/stand for mounting of outdoor unit along wall or on roof) complete as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Suitable piping shall be provided of adequate length of size 5/8\" for draining of condensate water from indoor unit. Cost of same shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) Suitable Copper tubing in addition if required extra as per site requirement from indoor unit to outdoor unit shall be provided by the contractor and cost of same shall to be included in quoted rate. (c) Cost for Metallic bracket and nut bolt for fixing indoor and outdoor unit including necessary cutting / grouting in walls by cutter and making good the surface in CM 1:3 and to the original finishes shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (d) Contractor shall submit original purchase voucher and Warranty should be 1 year for complete product, 10 year for compressor or as per manufacturers from the date of Installation and commissioning of complete unit
13	Supply and fixing (concealed in wall or as directed) single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth (3-pin, 2P+E) plug and socket, designed with IP-54 protection (protection against dust and splashing water), complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20/25 Amps (C-Curve, 10kA breaking capacity), 240 volts, AC supply complete all as specified and as directed.
