The entire periphery shall be sealed by application of approved weather silicon sealant between the aluminium and masonry from both outside and inside to make the windows watertight. Each openable window shutter shall be provided 2 nos. of 255mm adjustable Stainless Steel Friction stay, button locking handle as per the design to be approved by the Architect. Each panel measures 120 mm in width, 1500 mm in height, and has a thickness of 22 mm having flutes/grooves/undulation or of approved size of desired finish and pattern including the cost of graphics illustrations as approved by Architect in charge. The composition of tiles should be ‘43’ Grade Portland cement and homogeny pigmentation should be done with exterior grade synthetic inorganic iron oxide pigments. e pigmentation should be homogeneous and in accordance with British Standards BS EN 12878:1999.
