Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating of capacity 2.0 TR including required gas charging complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (a) The cost of compressor oil, remote with batteries, tools & plants for fixing of outdoor unit at any height and making good disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(b) Drilling of the wall should be done by core cutting machine.(c) Quoted rate inclusive of copper piping upto 3 mtr and refrigerant gas upto 3 mtr piping.(d) Additional cost of copper tubing (>3 mtr), refrigerant gas (>3mtr) & bracket for mounting outdoor unit shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply & Fix single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket completewith one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified.

M&L for Air conditioner mounting bracket heavy duty GI steel/MS, Powder coating finish inclusive of nuts and bolts for mounting the bracket on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Copper tubing of size 1/2\" or 1/4\" flare size conforming to relevant IS with foam insulation & wrapping tape including required copper brazing work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Copper tubing of size 3/8\" or 5/8\" flare size conforming to relevant IS with foam insulation & wrapping tape including required copper brazing work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable two run of 4 Sqmm single core (FRLSH) 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including concealed with PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size or surface wiring with PVC casing caping of suitable size and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification and one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor(FRLSH) for earth continuity wire complete all as specified and as directed.Note : (a) Three run of single core cable with one run of PVC conduit/PVC casing caping and accessories will be measured as one length.(b) The quoted rate inclusive of following:-(i) Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS specifications.(ii) Test certificates of cables is to be submitted before commencement of work/claiming for payment.(iii) Wiring shall be concealed/on surface with rigid PVC conduit medium grade / PVC casinf caping of suitable size as per site requirement.

Supplying and fixing rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 25 mm dia inclusive of all fittinngs as accessories complete all as specified.

Supply and charging refrigerant gas environmental friendly refrigerant gas as per OEM design for gas charging complete.
