| 2 | Providing metal roofing of sheets manufactured from zinc/ aluminum alloy colour coated from high tensile steel minimum yield strength 550 Mpa; total sheet thickness including coating 0.63 mm. profile and colour as approved by EIC ; generally as per DURASHINE Brand marketed by Tata Bluescope steel or equivalent including fixing as per manufacturers recommendations and includingflashings and accessories such as ridges, corner flashings, end flashings and galvanised fasteners from reputed manufacturers such as Mark Fasteners. For correct levelling and alignment of sheets height of purlin tops shall be adjusted as provided in purlin connections.Mode Of Measurements: Plain area in the inclined plane of sheets shall be measured. Nothing extra shall be added for collugations, profile, side laps, end laps etc. |
| 3 | Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with Zinc coating 120 gram per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Gutter (600 mm over all girth) |

| 9 | REINFORCEMENT: Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all floors and levels including supplying cutting bending fixing and binding in position with 1.6mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (laps will not be measured). With high yield strength deformed bars (TMT bars) of 500 D or more |
| 10 | FORM WORK: Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts |
| 11 | Excavation in foundation / trenches / pits drains etc. in all soils upto a required depth not exceeding 1.5 mtrs. Including shoring and dewatering if necessary and refilling around foundation plinth and drain line with selected excavation earth in layers Not exceeding 250mm consolidating and disposing surplus earth out of hospital premises complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
