Design, fabrication, manufacture, assembly, inspection & testing at works, delivery to site, installation, testing, commissioning of the lift having capacity of min 10 passenger 1.0 mps speed, serving G+3 floors in theexisting lift shaft including associated civil works, electircal worksas per tender specifications & relevant codes, lift rules, IS, as per instruction of E.I.C Note:a) Free comprehensive maintenance period is 12 months from the date of handing over oflift with lift licenses. The lift shall be released for use of Dept. after issue of lift license only.b) Scope of works also includes dismantling of existing 1 no. 08 passengers elevator. c) All the dismantled materials of elevators shall be taken away by the contractor & suitable rebate for the same shall be inculded in the quoted rates.

Testing of overload indication, alarm and trip system, strain gauges, overload and brake slippage test, limiting feature etc. at full load dead weight will be carried out during1st & 7th month of the DLP period & its necessary adjustment for safe use of elevator all as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
