| 2 | Material and labour for repairing/servicing the 3 phase 415VElectric induction motor by carefully disconnecting the connection cables and earthings, removing gland cover, filling the gland properly,greasing the necessary parts as required, changing of defective copper lugs of cable in motor ofcapacity3HP to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. |
| 3 | M&L for testing of alignment of door tracks (rails) both sides by putting / adding additional material (filling) by gas cutting & welding the same and making them smooth by grinding for smooth functioning of door complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Taking down old unsv gears, pinion, warm gear etcand Supply and fixing new gears, pinion, warm gear, oil seals, packings etcincluding all other accessories, fixtures, nut, bolts & washers as required for fixing gears, gear oil (Gear oil 320) . |
| 5 | S & F in replacement of Iron cable carrier (Rollers) .Complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Supply in replacement ofwheel bearing. Complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | S& F in replacement ofPVC sheathed multistranded flexible copper cable of 3 core 4.0 sqmm 1100 volt grade.Complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Decarburizing/cleaning complete Control panel of by cleaning bus bar chamber with suitable chemical and ensure proper decarburizing, internal wiringand replacing the damaged wires of existing size,refixing the same after applying suitable solution to the bus bar insulator & checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts & thimbles of in-coming/out-going system complete incl replacement of defective rusted bolts & nuts, repairing to door/ shutter hinges and locking arrangements. |
| 9 | Supply in filling of gear oil SP 320 for top up upto to required level or in replacement of U/s oil. |
| 10 | Supply in replacement of gear wheel shaft , taking down, servicing of gear box, greasing etc and refixing with proper alignment etc, including testing on completion, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
