Contractor shall submit the pole drawing and foundation drawing as per manufacturer\"s recommendation for approval of GE before procurement. |

| 20 | Supply and fixing of hybrid all-in-two solar street light luminaire 70 watts with minimum 165 lm /watt system efficacy and minimum 11550 lumen. The system should consist of luminaire and Integrated solar sub-system. The solar sub system should consist of a solar panel, battery, charge controller and hybrid power supply. Solar Sub-system should be independent unit consisting of battery box with hinged cover and latches for easy maintenance and box should have prover slots for mounting of battery, charge controller and hybrid power supply. All the components should be connected with IP-66 connectors. The lithium ferrophate battery should have life class of 2000 cycles with 90% DoD and capacity should be 25.6V 48AH. System should be equipped with MPPT charge controller with AC driver. Charging efficiency should be minimum 97% and discharging efficiency should be minimum 96%. The system should be with minimum 10KV surge protection. Charge controllers should have battery/panel reverse polarity protection, over voltage/under voltage protection, over temperature protection, short circuit and open circuit protection, reverse current blocking into PV module. The system should be with 190Wp36Vmpp Solar panel. Dimming profile should be easily configurable with the help of a handheld device. The luminaire should be IP66 and IK10 protected. All the components within the solar sub-system should be connected with IP67 connector. The system should comply with IEC55015, EN61000-6-3, IEC62109, IEC 61000-4-5:2017. Battery should comply to IS16046:2018, IEC52133-2: 2017.Panel should comply to IEC61215, IEC61730-1 and IEC62804 including connecting upto junction box with 2.5sqmm 3 core PVC insulated flexible copper wire. Panel and Battery should be BIS certified complete all as specified and directed.Notes for Ser item No 18 and 19 :-1.
