2	Removing old existing unsv top from Teapoy verandahand supply and fixing the new top of same size made out of18/19mm thick pre laminated MDF board exterior grade duly provided with 4mm hardwood beading all aroundall as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning Derusting of Stain/Dirt with Sand Paper making the Surface smooth,filling the holes with Putty wherever required and Applying two coat of Synthetic enamelled paint(Colour of paint as per approved by Engr-In-Charge/GE) over a Red Oxide Primer for steel items direected by Engineer-in-Charge/GE.3. Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE Sevoke Road including BSO\"s Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE.
