Supplyand fixing of three hours rated Double leaf fire steel door (6 nos of size 2.9m x 1.95m), fulfilling 3 criteria (integrity, stability and insulation) 60mm thick Steel fire door with steel frame (both side painted with paint as per manufacturer specifications), in line with enclosed technical specification with SS ball bearing hinges etc. complete, along with supply and fixing following hardware accessories:-(1) Vision panel - Fire rated clear PYRAN / SCHOT glass of size - 240x 340 x 6mm (Clear day light 200x300mm), (2)Door Closer GEZE make Door Closer \"Geze TS 1000 C, EN 2/3 & 4 with adjustable closing speed and adjustable latching action.\" (3)SS Tower bolts 300mm long. (4) SS Aldrops bolts 300mm long. (5)D shape handle SS 19mm dia x 300mm.Note: (1) Before manufacturing of door supplier have to take the actual measurement of the door opening for each door at site. (2) The hollow metal frames shall be solid grouted at site with suitable materials, repairing the damaged walls, cleaning the area, including cost of all Civil materials, labour, tools & tackles etc. completed as directed by our Engineer-In- charge. (3) Contractor has to transport fire doors from manufacturing unit to designated locations at NAPS for installation as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of above.

Removal of existing double leaf steel door from TB of NAPS Site and depositing the doors at NAPS civil stores, including removal of existing doors, transportation of existing old doors, removal and disposal of debris, waste materials of dismantling, etc. from TB to designated location as directed by EIC with in a lead of 2 km.
