| 5 | Dry stone rubble soling/pitching of 150 mm to 250mm size shall be approved quality, hard, free from cracks, durable, preferably black trap. Rubble shall be laid on leveled base close to give compact, surface. If base is not properly leveledsame will have to be done without any extra cost. Voids in the joints shall be filled with selected chips. A sample of paving shall be prepared and got approved before proceeding ahead. After stones are laid with thickness of 200mm and packed with chips, sandshall be spread and watered to fill remaining voids. Sandshall be allowed to go into joints till final packing is obtained. Rate quoted shall be for materials, labour, watering, leveling site, before paving, consolidating etc. complete. |
| 6 | Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. | 7 | PU groutingcutting the construction joints 20 x 20 mm in U groove, cleaning and applying one coat of crystalline coating bond and sealing the construction joint with fast setting repair mortar. Including drilling holes od Dia 10 mm at an angle of 45 degree, preferably the holes shall be drilled straggred around the cracks in the concrete upto the depth of concrete. Injection packers or nipples shall be inserted into the pre drilled holes at intervals along the length of each cracks. The distance of each packers shall be depend on width and depth of the crack. the grout shall be continuous till it oozes out from alternate packer or from the surface of the concrete, till it filled at inherrent holes cavities, voids, honeeey combs etc. Complete job including labour and material as directed by engineer in charge. |
