| 5 | Restorative repairs to old damaged structural RCC members-columns, beams, slab, ...etc. with approved polymer mortar with following operations: i) Removal of loose/spalled or damaged concrete carefully by means of chisel ands hammer including chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet including necessary scaffolding, stacking the same on ground in the compound, etc. complete as directed. ii) Cleaning the re-bars/exposed reinforcements from existing corrosion by chiselling/tapping/wire brushing, apply suitable rust remover chemical viz. \"Rusticide\", \"Rust converter\" and leaving for 24 hours and then apply two coats of passivator slurry of polymer cement(1:1.5) to reinforcement steel and left it fot 4 hours. iii) Apply bonding coat slurry of polymer cement(1:1) to reinforcement and concrete. iv) Build up damaged RCC members to its original shape up to 25mm thick by repairs to spalled concrete structural members by providing and applying SBR polymer of approved make modified cement mortar in proportion of 1 cement:4 sand as per manufacturer\"s specification as directed, curing,...etc. complete. All labour, material, tools and equipment, scaffolding, etc. complete. |
| 6 | Providing & fixing in position anodised aluminium sliding windows of approved manufacturer to suit three track sliding, using best quality standard extruded anodised aluminium sections (manufactured to relevant I.S. specification) without horizontal glazing bars, glazed with 5.5.mm thick sheet glass fixing to RCC column/masonry with lugs of 16mm x 3.15mm x 10cm long or any other approved size embedded in C.C.
