Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and subsoils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation as per SS20B etc complete.

Cement concrete 1:4:8mix using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever nessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick completed etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement one and half sand and three hard broken stone) using 20 mm, gauge machine broken hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges. centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12 mm thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc. as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification. The rate is including vibration charges.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutingupto 3.29m heights for plane surface in all floor with all cross wing with mild steel sheet including all cost and conveyance etc

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and five sand) using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7 Cm. For the following including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. For foundation and basement and super structure in Ground floor.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12 mm thick in all floors includingcuring etc., Complete complying with standard Specification.
